We are located in the heart of Fairfax City, one block from the Fairfax County Judicial Comlex, near a variety of great restaurants and gift shops in historic Old Town Fairfax. We are located in the historic Ford Building in Old Town Fairfax at 3977 Chain Bridge Road, Suite 201, Fairfax, Virginia 22030, which is next door to Auld Sheeban Restaurant.

PARKING:

Parking for Smith & Greene, P.L.L.C. is located in a metered parking lot behind our offices, accessible from University Boulevard. Parking in the lot is $0.25 per half-hour, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. At all other times, as well as on holidays, parking in this lot is free of charge.

COMING FROM I-66:

From I-66, take the exit for Route 123, going towards Fairfax. Route 123 is also known as Chain Bridge Road. Follow Route 123, crossing over Route 50, Lee Jackson Highway. Upon entering Old Town Fairfax, turn left onto Whitehead Street (at the Public Library). Proceed one block to University Boulevard to the intersection of North Avenue and University Boulevard. Turn right on University Boulevard and proceed through the upcoming intersection and make an immediate right turn into the metered parking lot. This lot is directly behind our offices.

COMING FROM I-495:

From I-495, take the exit for Route 50, heading West. Route 50 is also known as Lee Jackson Highway. Follow Route 50 until you come to Route 123, also known as Chain Bridge Road. Turn left onto Route 123. Upon entering Old Town Fairfax, turn left onto Whitehead Street (at the Public Library). Proceed one block to University Boulevard to the intersection of North Avenue and University Boulevard. Turn right on University Boulevard and proceed through the upcoming intersection and make an immediate right turn into the metered parking lot. This lot is directly behind our offices.

COMING FROM ROUTE 7100 (FAIRFAX COUNTY PARKWAY):

While on Route 7100 (Fairfax County Parkway), take the exit for Route 50 East. Route 50 is also known as Lee Jackson Memorial Highway. Follow Route 50 until you come to Route 123, also known as Chain Bridge Road. Turn right onto Route 123. Upon entering Old Town Fairfax, turn left onto Whitehead Street (at the Public Library). Proceed one block to University Boulevard to the intersection of North Avenue and University Boulevard. Turn right on University Boulevard and proceed through the upcoming intersection and make an immediate right turn into the metered parking lot. This lot is directly behind our offices.
